What are the shipping costs?

Due to our large volume of orders, we have reached successful agreements with our courier partners to work at very competitive prices, so we currently offer our customers a free delivery service for orders over €49 and very affordable prices for orders of lesser quantities.

They came to deliver my order and I wasn't at home

The shipping agency will contact you again via text message, email or phone call to arrange a second delivery date.
If after arranging this second delivery with the carrier, it cannot be made either due to absence from home or because the data provided by the customer is incorrect and the order is therefore returned to our facilities, the customer will have to assume new shipping costs in order to be able to dispatch the order.

What should I check when my order is being delivered?

It is important that at the time of delivery the following is verified:
- That the number of packages delivered matches those indicated on the delivery note to be signed.
- The condition of the packaging: Check that the packaging is not open, broken, wet or has any signs of tampering that may affect the condition of the products inside.
- Delivery service by the transport agency: Check that the contracted service has been carried out correctly and that the agency has not caused any damage to the product or the home.
If any of the above occurs, it is essential to record this in writing on the delivery note so that the incident can be processed.
